Acceptable Levels of Food Contaminants

Americans are exceedingly concerned about food safety. Just yesterday, March 5, 2011, I saw a news item announcing the recall of Skippy peanut butter. However you cannot avoid nor completely eliminate food contamination you will be surprised to learn what contaminants and how much of each are allowed in your food.
